Pods Booking Terms
- Minimum of 2 nights.
- Maximum of 1 dog. (Moorhen Pod is not dog friendly).
- Minimum of 3 nights over bank holidays, Christmas Period and between 1st July to Mid September.
- 15% Discount for bookings made 7 days or less from the arrival date, if mentioned at the time of booking, automatically included for online bookings.
- Arrival window 3pm – 8pm (April – September) 3pm – 6pm (October – March)
- Early check in available from 12pm for an additional £25.
- Check-out is by 9.15am

- Party leader must be 20+ years of age, other guests staying must be at least 18+ years old.
- We do ask for £50 non-refundable deposit, for bookings up to 4 nights and £100 deposit for bookings of 5 nights or more, to secure your pod at the time of booking. For bookings made less than six weeks before the commencement of the rental, the total fee would be due at the time of booking.
- The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Any cancellation made by the guests, for whatever reason must be on paper or by email. Once the booking has been confirmed the deposit becomes non-refundable. Prior to the balance being paid, Fields End Water allow a date change within 12 months to be made, there will be an admin charge of £35. After the balance payment has been paid, 6 weeks prior to the bookings start date, and a cancellation is made there will be no refund or monies carried forward. We strongly recommend that the guest takes out Fields End Waters Cancellation Plan at the time of booking or their own travel insurance.
- On arrival we will take £100 pre-authorisation swipe on a credit or debit card, for damages & excessive cleaning etc.
